Bring Your Own Tee Terms

Our Bring Your Own Tee service lets you send us a garment you already own and have your design heat-pressed onto it, then shipped back to you. These Terms explain what we can print, how to send your item, and the important point that printing on a garment you supplied is at your own risk. They should be read together with our Terms of Service and Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy.

1. What the service is

You buy the Bring Your Own Tee service online and choose how many print sides you want. You design your print in our customizer, then post or drop off your own garment to us. We heat-press your design onto it and ship it back. You pay for the printing and the return delivery at checkout; you arrange and pay for sending the garment to us.

2. What we can and cannot print on

We use heat-press printing, which needs a flat, even fabric surface. We can print on:

• Flat fabric apparel: t-shirts, long-sleeves, sweatshirts, hoodies (on flat areas), and tote bags. Cotton and cotton blends give the best results.

We cannot print on:

• Hard or 3D items such as mugs, phone cases, tumblers, or bottles;
• Caps, hats, or any curved surface (the press needs a flat area);
• Areas that are not flat and even, such as over zips, thick seams, pockets, collars, or buttons.

Some fabrics are heat-sensitive (for example 100% polyester, nylon, waterproof, or sequinned materials) and may scorch or be unsuitable. If you are unsure, ask us before sending your item. Very dark garments and the maximum print size depend on our process, and we will let you know if your design needs adjusting.

3. At your own risk (important)

Heat-press printing is permanent, and every garment reacts differently to heat and pressure. Because we did not supply the garment and cannot always know how it will behave, printing on a garment you send us is done entirely at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BISHH is not liable for any damage, shrinkage, discolouration, marking, stretching, or misprint to a garment you supplied, including where the garment turns out to be unsuitable for heat-press printing. We recommend you do not send irreplaceable or sentimental items. By accepting these Terms at checkout you confirm you understand and accept this risk.

This does not affect rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 or other applicable Malaysian law that cannot be excluded.

4. Sending your garment to us

After you pay, send your garment to our workshop using a rider, courier, or by dropping it off in person:

Please write your order number and name clearly on the parcel so we can match it to your order, and send it within 7 days of payment. Sending your item to us is arranged and paid for by you, and it travels at your risk while in transit to us; we are not responsible for items lost or damaged before they reach us. If we do not receive your item within 14 days of payment, we may cancel the order and refund the printing fee.

5. If we cannot print your item

If your garment arrives and we find it cannot be printed (for example the fabric is unsuitable, the print area is not flat, or the item is damaged), we will refund your printing fee in full and send your garment back to you using the return delivery you already paid for. There is no handling fee.

6. Return delivery

The cost of shipping your printed (or unprinted) garment back to you is quoted and paid at checkout, alongside the printing fee. We ship it back once printing is complete, or once we confirm we cannot print it.

7. Pricing and payment

Printing is priced per print side and is shown at checkout. Full payment (printing fee plus return delivery) is taken upfront. Your order does not enter production until your garment physically reaches us, so any estimated timing runs from the day we receive your item, not from the day you paid.

8. After printing

To keep your print looking its best, wash cold inside out and do not iron directly on the print. Heat-pressed prints are durable but, like any print, can be affected by harsh washing, bleach, or direct ironing.
