Printing a logo on a polo

The usual positions are a small logo on the left chest, the company name across the upper back, and a name or role on a sleeve. Each available position has its own price in the customiser. That matters because most company logos use three or more colours, which is exactly where per colour pricing elsewhere becomes expensive.

Ordering for a team

Collect sizes before you order and share the measurement chart from the product page first, because a size M is not the same across brands. One order can carry a full mix of sizes, and the volume discount is calculated on the total quantity rather than per size. Order a few extra in your most common sizes for new staff, and keep your order number so the same artwork can be reused later.

How much does a custom polo shirt cost in Malaysia?

A current example is the Microfiber DryFit Polo Tee (Apple Green / 2XL): RM35.00 for one piece including the Front print option. That print option is RM5.00 before any quantity discount. The plain item is RM30.00 before printing and other options. Other variants, additional print positions and optional upgrades can change the total. Is there a minimum order for corporate polos?

No. You can order a single polo, which is useful when a new staff member joins and you need one shirt rather than a fresh batch.

Can you print a multi colour company logo without extra charge?

Yes. Premium HD Heatpress prints full colour with no per colour charge, so a three colour logo costs the same as a single colour one. The chosen garment, options, print positions and quantity determine your total.

Can each shirt carry a different staff name?

Yes. Open the polo you want, tap Customize Now, add the name text and switch on Personalize per piece; you then type a name for every shirt in the order. If you need something more complex, message us and our team will set it up.

Which polo is best for outdoor staff?

The microfiber dry fit polo. It is lighter than a knit polo and dries quickly, which is more comfortable through a full day outdoors in Malaysian humidity.
