How is DTF different from screen print?
DTF (Direct-to-Film) uses a printed film that fuses into the fabric. Unlike screen print it handles unlimited colours, gradients, and photos with no setup fee — and unlike vinyl it stretches with the fabric and doesn’t peel.
What file types do you accept?
PNG, SVG, AI, or PDF. For best print results use at least 300dpi at the target print size with a transparent background.
Can I order just 1 piece?
Yes. No minimum. Same per-piece price whether you order 1 or 100.
Can I rush my order?
Yes — rush orders are available for a surcharge, typically cutting turnaround to 1–2 working days depending on current production load. Contact us via WhatsApp or the quotation form for a rush quote.
Can I preview my design before printing?
Always. You approve a mockup of your artwork on the chosen blank before production starts. Production only begins after your written or email approval.
Do you ship internationally?
Malaysia nationwide (3–5 working days), Singapore 5–7 days. Select ASEAN destinations on request — message us with your address for a shipping quote.
Can I self-collect from Denai Alam?
Yes. Free self-collection from our Shah Alam workshop (9-1 Jalan Elektron U16/E, Seksyen U16, Denai Alam). Pickup window Monday–Friday, 10 AM – 6 PM. Select “self-collect” at checkout.
Can I print on both front and back?
Yes — every product supports front and back printing. The second print position adds a fixed surcharge, shown at checkout. Sleeve and side prints are available on request.
