To be straightforward about it: we are not a Kuala Lumpur business. Our print studio is in Denai Alam, Shah Alam, about twenty five minutes from the city centre, and we deliver into KL from there. We would rather tell you that than list an address we do not have, which is common enough in this trade.
In practice the distance changes very little. Delivery covers Bangsar, Mont Kiara, Cheras, Setapak, Wangsa Maju, KL Sentral and Bukit Bintang, and self collect from Shah Alam remains an option if you happen to be heading that way.
Why order from outside the city
Because the things that actually decide a printing order are not postcode. They are whether there is a minimum order, whether you can see your design before paying, whether the price is published, and how long it takes. We have no minimum, artwork is previewed live in Custom Lab, prices are on the page rather than behind an enquiry form, and printing takes 3 to 5 working days for smaller orders.
Common KL orders
Corporate uniforms and staff polos, event and conference shirts, cafe and retail merchandise, university club apparel, and small brand runs. Tote bags are popular as conference and launch giveaways, because there is no size to collect from anyone.
What it costs
Printed t-shirts start at RM30 a piece, being a RM25 garment plus RM5 for printing on one side. Polos start at RM35 printed. There is no setup fee and no per colour charge, so a full colour logo costs the same as plain text. Volume discounts begin at 15 pieces.
