Matching, or one each?
Celebration shirts take one of three forms: one design for everyone, one design with a line that changes per person, or a few designs, such as one Bride shirt among the Bride Squad shirts. What changes is different at each party: at a birthday it is usually each friend's nickname under the celebrant's name, at a graduation each classmate's name, and in a bridal party the role word itself; our sports event t-shirt page explains how to set a different word on every shirt. Different designs go into the cart one at a time and still check out as one order.
Bridal parties and bachelor trips
A squad rarely agrees on fit, so settle it before sizes. Regular fit follows the body and lines up neatly in a posed photo; oversized fits sit wider and shorter, carry a big front print better, and are the usual pick for a trip shirt worn with shorts. Choose one fit for the whole group so the photos match. Oversized tees are a heavier fabric that is comfortable in air conditioning but warm on a beach; for a highland trip to Cameron or Genting, a printed hoodie is the piece that actually gets worn.
Make the Bride stand out in one of two ways. Either give her shirt its own design and add it to the cart separately, or keep one design and change only her shirt colour, such as the bride in white and the squad in one pink or peach. The customiser carries the design across when you switch colour, and you set sizes for each colour. Available sizes change with the colour, so check hers before you promise it.
Friends in other cities cannot try anything on, so send the size chart for the exact product you picked: every listing has its own chart, and an oversized M is not a regular M. An order placed from the cart ships to one address, so have the parcel sent to the organiser and hand the shirts out when the group meets.
Birthdays: surprise or shared?
For a surprise, collect the guests' sizes in one list away from any group chat the birthday person is in, and keep the design preview off it too; our personalised gifts page covers finding the celebrant's own size without asking. For a shared milestone, such as a 21st where the celebrant designs with friends, share a preview screenshot so everyone approves the same version. Either way, a contrast colour for the birthday person makes them easy to spot in every photo.
Class reunions and graduations
A batch shirt usually carries the school name and the year you left on the front, with the class name or the classmate's own name on the back. At a combined reunion, one colour per class or per batch lets the photographer group people quickly. The old class photo is a favourite: scan the printed photo flat rather than photographing it at an angle, and check the file on our Uncle Test page. Graduation and konvo shirts are shirts people keep, so a heavier cotton holds up better through repeated washing. Collect sizes, and money if you are splitting the cost, before you order.
Ordering around the venue and the theme
- Start from the dress code or colour theme on the invitation, and confirm that the shirt colour comes in every size you need before announcing it.
- If the exact shade matters, such as matching the wedding colours, order one sample first and check the colour and size in hand before ordering for everyone.
- Match the fabric to the venue: cotton, like the popular Elevate 190 gsm tee, for an air-conditioned dinner or a hotel ballroom; the lighter Basic 160 gsm cotton or microfiber dry fit for a garden, a beach or an outdoor kampung wedding.
- Production time depends on quantity and starts after artwork confirmation; the current schedule is below. Add courier time, or self collect from the Shah Alam studio. A Rush Order can be requested at checkout, subject to availability and confirmation.
- For wedding guests, a printed canvas tote is an easier favour: there is no size to collect.
When we are not the right choice
We make shirts, hoodies, sweaters, a windbreaker and tote bags, not caps, mugs, banners, sashes or party decorations, so the rest of the party kit needs another supplier. A gold or silver design prints as flat colour, not metallic foil or glitter, which matters for a sparkly theme. We print casual tees, not baju melayu, baju kurung or tailored outfits for the wedding party. Standard production — 1–20 pieces: 3–5 working days; 21+ pieces: 6–10 working days. Courier transit is additional after production.
