Our usual production time is around 3–5 working days after artwork confirmation. For urgent orders, you may select Rush Order during checkout, subject to availability.

Yes! A mockup of your design will be shown in our customiser before you place the order — just tick the preview checkbox to confirm the final outcome looks right, then proceed to checkout.

We mainly use Premium HD Heat Transfer / DTF printing, which is suitable for colourful designs, photos, logos, and small quantity custom orders.

You may upload PNG, JPG, JPEG, or SVG files. For the best printing result, we recommend uploading a high-resolution image with transparent background if possible.

Yes! You can customise different printing sides such as front, back, sleeve, or multiple positions, depending on the product selected.

Yes, we provide delivery within Malaysia and Singapore. You can also choose to self-collect from our Denai Alam store once your order is ready.

No worries, we do quality checking before shipping. If your item has a defect, wrong print, or wrong size caused by our side, you may contact us within 7 days after receiving your order, and we’ll assist with replacement or refund accordingly.
