Yes! A mockup of your design will be shown in our customiser before you place the order — just tick the preview checkbox to confirm the final outcome looks right, then proceed to checkout.

We use Premium HD Heatpress printing, which is suitable for colourful designs, photos, logos, and small quantity custom orders.

You may upload PNG, JPG, JPEG, or SVG files. For the best printing result, we recommend uploading a high-resolution image with transparent background if possible.

Yes! You can customise different printing sides such as front, back, sleeve, or multiple positions, depending on the product selected.

Plenty! You can pay by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard), e-wallet (Touch ’n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay), or online banking through FPX and DuitNow. Apple Pay and Google Pay are supported too, and you can split your order with Atome. Singapore customers can also pay with PayNow. Every payment is processed securely through Airwallex, so your card details stay private.

Yes, we provide delivery within Malaysia and Singapore. You can also choose to self-collect from our Denai Alam store once your order is ready.

No worries, we do quality checking before shipping. If your item has a defect, wrong print, or wrong size caused by our side, you may contact us within 7 days after receiving your order, and we’ll assist with replacement or refund accordingly.
