Can I order just 1 piece?
Yes! BISHH has no minimum order quantity, so you can print just 1 piece or order in bulk. Eligible products receive their assigned quantity discounts automatically.
How long does it take to complete my order?
Standard production time depends on quantity. 1-20 pieces: 3-5 working days; 21+ pieces: 6-10 working days. Courier transit is additional after production. Rush production (+20%) timing depends on quantity. 1-20 pieces: 1-2 working days; 21+ pieces: confirm production timing with our team. Subject to availability and confirmation. Courier transit is additional after production.
Can I preview my design before printing?
Yes! A mockup of your design will be shown in our customiser before you place the order. Just tick the preview checkbox to confirm the final outcome looks right, then proceed to checkout.
What kind of printing does BISHH use?
We use Premium HD Heatpress printing, which is suitable for colourful designs, photos, logos, and small quantity custom orders. Full colour costs the same as one colour, so there is no extra charge per colour.
What file types can I upload?
You may upload PNG, JPG, JPEG, or SVG files. For the best printing result, we recommend uploading a high-resolution image with transparent background if possible.
Can I print on both front and back?
Yes! You can customise different printing sides such as front, back, sleeve, or multiple positions, depending on the product selected.
What payment methods can I use?
Plenty! You can pay by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard), e-wallet (Touch ’n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay), or online banking through FPX and DuitNow. Apple Pay and Google Pay are supported too, and you can split your order with Atome. Singapore customers can also pay with PayNow. Every payment is processed securely through Airwallex, so your card details stay private.
Do you provide delivery or self-collection?
Yes, we provide delivery within Malaysia and Singapore. You can also choose to self-collect from our Denai Alam store once your order is ready.
What if there is a printing mistake or defect?
No worries, we do quality checking before shipping. If your item has a defect, wrong print, or wrong size caused by our side, you may contact us within 7 days after receiving your order, and we’ll assist with replacement or refund accordingly.
