Step 1: Lock the design early
Agree on the artwork before you collect sizes or money. Decide what goes on the front, back, or sleeve, and settle the colours. Because you can preview the design on the garment in our customiser, it is easy to share a screenshot with your group so everyone approves the same thing.
Step 2: Collect sizes properly
Sizing trips up more group orders than anything else. Share a size chart with your group and ask everyone to confirm their size in writing. Round up if someone is unsure, since a slightly loose tee is more forgiving than a tight one. Keep a simple list of names, sizes, and quantities.
- Choose the product and fabric weight.
- Finalise the artwork and print positions.
- Send the size chart and collect everyone's size.
- Place one order with the full size breakdown.
Step 3: Order together to save
Ordering together can qualify your group for a volume discount. Quantities count together when products share the same active bulk discount group; different groups are calculated separately. Check the cart for your actual discount. There is no minimum order.
Step 4: Plan your timing
Allow time for artwork confirmation before production. Standard production time depends on quantity. 1-20 pieces: 3-5 working days; 21+ pieces: 6-10 working days. Courier transit is additional after production. Rush production (+20%) timing depends on quantity. 1-20 pieces: 1-2 working days; 21+ pieces: confirm production timing with our team. Subject to availability and confirmation. Courier transit is additional after production.
