Step 1: Lock the design early
Agree on the artwork before you collect sizes or money. Decide what goes on the front, back, or sleeve, and settle the colours. Because you can preview the design on the garment in our customiser, it is easy to share a screenshot with your group so everyone approves the same thing.
Step 2: Collect sizes properly
Sizing trips up more group orders than anything else. Share a size chart with your group and ask everyone to confirm their size in writing. Round up if someone is unsure, since a slightly loose tee is more forgiving than a tight one. Keep a simple list of names, sizes, and quantities.
- Choose the product and fabric weight.
- Finalise the artwork and print positions.
- Send the size chart and collect everyone's size.
- Place one order with the full size breakdown.
Step 3: Order together to save
Placing a single order for the whole group is cheaper than ordering separately, because volume discounts apply automatically as the quantity climbs. There is no minimum, so you are never penalised for a small group, but a larger batch simply costs less per piece.
Step 4: Plan your timing
Production usually takes around 3 to 5 working days after you confirm the artwork, so order with a little buffer before your event date. If time is tight, a Rush Order option is available at checkout. You can have everything delivered across Malaysia and Singapore, or self collect from our Denai Alam store.
